This is my moodboard. It shows a range of images taken from horror movies and such, and was created in order to demonstrate a selection of shots and angles I would like to use in the creation of our horror trailer.
My moodboard mostly consists of close ups and extreme close ups,as well as silhouettes and masks. I think these shots capture the dea of the fear of the unknown (as demonstrated through the use of silhouettes instead of seeing the action actually happening, which could also include shadows and chiaroskuro. The masks also hide the faces of the antagonists, making them seem much more monstrous and superhuman). The extreme close ups offer a glimpse into the monster's world, but also injects horror and repulsion in their often grotesque appearance.
